Jessie is attending OSU Extension Master Preserver classes, where she will be able to help the TVG members learn (safely and properly) to preserve foods, that they have harvested. Making healthy nutritious foods available year round. Thank you OSU, and thank you Jessie for doing this.
Here in this picture you can see Jessie is learning how to prepare a fresh tuna for canning. We are so excited to learn how to can fish that we catch. Way To Go!!!!
