TVG is Getting a Master Preserver - Oh yeah!

Jessie is attending OSU Extension Master Preserver classes, where she will be able to help the TVG members learn (safely and properly) to preserve foods, that they have harvested. Making healthy nutritious foods available year round. Thank you OSU, and thank you Jessie for doing this.

Here in this picture you can see Jessie is learning how to prepare a fresh tuna for canning. We are so excited to learn how to can fish that we catch. Way To Go!!!!

Will there be access to a commercial kitchen setup to do the canning? My own kitchen is small enough to touch 3 sides from the same spot. I have little counter space to set up any work areas for batch processing.
I do have glass jars & lids, etc...
